time for change
the order has been made and I'm about to step out of my comfort zone

    crunch time
    rough night not feeling brilliant
    dehydrated and it's looking hot out there
    normally would cancel plans for today and just go to pub tonight
    however new me won't let me so round town I go running errands then off to Beeston
    later
