I have things I want to achieve

I never achieve them as I get distracted

(plus 2 major health scares in the last 18 months hasn't helped)

So I need discipline and structure - a little every day and cut down on the distractions

got some vague ideas what to do - I'll think them through today and if I get them straight in my head then will start tomorrow

Change is coming

(I know I've said stuff like this before but you have to give me credit - I never give up)
