Today is the line in the sand

I'm tired at failing to change my life for the better, things that I feel will make me happier like my weight/fitness the state of the flat, the pressure that shoddy organisation of my time puts on myself with regards to the game and such and the list goes on

So today a line in the sand is drawn"this far and no further!!!!!"

so after I get home from work  the TV does not go on and FB only gets checked briefly for word on status of games and such and will have a lit of things to do before I get to watch anythig or play anything

This week is a trial we'll see how it goes

Also today is the first day I'm walking into work since going back, walk in bus back for a while then walk in walk out

So if I don't appear on FB as much for the next few days don't panic
